Shipping policy

HeyBryx ships within the United States. Orders are fulfilled by our suppliers. Processing usually takes 1–5 business days after payment. Delivery after that is typically 5–15 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. Remote areas can take longer.

You will receive tracking by email when a shipment is created. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after the first scan.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout. We do not control weather, carrier delays, or customs if an item originates outside the U.S. If a package is lost after tracking shows it was delivered, contact us at twoshotaffiliate@gmail.com with photos of the delivery location and we will help file a carrier claim.

If we made an error (wrong item or confirmed defect), we will reship or refund according to our refund policy. If you entered the wrong address, extra shipping may apply.
